Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Omniwave AI, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. Our subscription cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring that both parties understand their obligations and rights.

1. Initial Commitment Period

All new subscriptions are subject to an initial commitment period of three (3) months. During this period, cancellations are not permitted, and the subscriber agrees to fulfill the entire three-month term.

2. Post-Commitment Period

After the initial three-month commitment period, subscriptions will automatically convert to a month-to-month basis. Subscribers may cancel their month-to-month subscription at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. Cancellation Notice

To cancel a month-to-month subscription, subscribers must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the subscriber's account dashboard on the Omniwave AI website or by contacting our customer service team at [email protected].

4. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. Subscribers will have access to their subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle following the receipt of the cancellation notice.

5. Account Termination

Upon cancellation, the subscriber's account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscribers are encouraged to download any data or information they may need before the account is deactivated.

6. Reactivation

Subscribers who wish to reactivate their subscription after cancellation may do so by subscribing anew on the Omniwave AI website. Previous subscription rates and terms may not apply, and new subscribers will be subject to the current pricing and policies at that time.

7. Policy Changes

Omniwave AI reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
